These are loads which either have health risks or hazardous and environmental risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health risks are those that can affect the immediate health and welfare of the operator, driver and public. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Radiation<\/li><li>Chemicals<\/li><li>Magnets<\/li><li>Asbestos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hazardous and environmental risks are those that pose a substantial or potential threat to public health or the environment.
